In addition to these Nancy Drew PC game-inspired book recs, here are some related fun facts about me:

• All-time favorite: The Secret of Shadow Ranch.

• Last played: Sea of Darkness

• Most memorable fail: Burning down the motel by leaving the iron on in The Haunted Carousel.

• Earliest game memory: My brother and I had a corrupted copy of The Final Scene that never saved properly, so we never finished it.

• Most annoying minigame: I could list a million of these (why are they ALWAYS hard) but I especially remember the mini golf in The Secret of the Old Clock or maybe the cave system in Danger on Deception Island (not really a minigame but it inspired that same level of unbridled rage).

• Favorite Nancy moment: That cat costume thing in The Phantom of Venice. WTF was that?

• Favorite character: Hotchkiss! You already know!!
